Advance is a locally owned and operated home renovation business based out of Vienna, VA. The company was established in 1994 and has experience turning home renovation dreams into realities. Advance specializes in kitchen remodels, bathroom renovations, basement build outs, and home additions. Advance also specializes in the removal of load bearing walls which is managed by a Master Carpenter. Advance has a Class A General Contractor license, meaning there is no limit to the size of work the company can handle.
Corporate Philosophy
Advance was founded by Al Honavor, an industry vet, who has a simple philosophy – keep overhead cost low without sacrificing quality and pass cost savings on to the customer. That’s why Advance did not establish a showroom or hire full time sales consultants. As owner/operator, Al handles most sales calls himself. Advance’s customers have options when it comes to picking out cabinets and countertops since they aren’t confined to brands carried by showrooms. Advance’s price quotes can average 15-30% lower than vendors who maintain showrooms and sales consultants.
